JOB DESCRIPTION: (Employment Full Time)
The qualified candidate should be an expert in Tally and will undertake all aspects of administrative work including accounting and development of internal control policies and procedures.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Should be a Tally expert
· Preparation of Invoices and LPOs
· Process and obtain approvals and ensure timely payments.
· Bank reconciliation.
· Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system.
· Prepare accurate reports as required by management on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities.
· Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, compiling back up documentation for Balance sheet reconciliation.
· Basic Human Resources tasks.
· Preparation and processing of payroll
· Maintains Visa, EID, Labour Records
· Maintain vehicle records
· Provide general admin support.
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Scheduling meetings, appointments and taking detailed minutes.
· Check and send emails to clients and vendors
· Handling administrative request and queries from managers
· Should have at least 3 years related experience with Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
· Ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling finance, document control, secretarial and administrative responsibilities.
· Previous experience in Interior fitout firm/Architectural firms/construction companies preferred.
· Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
· Good computer application knowledge required
· Good communication skills, written and verbal (English)
· Good organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
· Accuracy and good attention to detail.
· Good working experience in Tally
