The Job Role will perform general accountant duties and will mainly given a task to handle Accounts payable not limited to the following;

  • Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
  • Pays vendors ,scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.

Candidate must have an advanced MS excel knowledge, good communication and drivers license will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
