  • Strong written & verbal English communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (knowledge of Retail Pro is a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This full time role will undergo intense training while supporting several Operations Staff in their day to day tasks and will be expected to work independently within 1 month.

Order Processing
Order Submission
Cross check and confirmation of orders
Communicate with vendors for order updates and/or order discrepancies
Issue POs as needed
Create references in the system (Item/voucher creation)
Generate reports (sell-thru, monthly sale report)
Track credit notes and payments

Warehouse Process
Oversee stock allocation and delivery of goods
Gather quotations from forwarders
Check shipments received (quantity/quality check)
Manage damaged items
Submission of QC reports
Track orders and deliveries

E-Com Process
Process end to end online orders
Data entry/product upload

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
