Job Description:

  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Process and obtain approvals and ensure timely payments.
  • Should be able to manage the basic accounts.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
  • Support in HR admin related task.
  • Handle office and employee governmental activities such as renewal of trade license, staff visas, employment permits etc.
  • Scanning, Photocopying, binding and filing all company documents.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide general admin support.

Skills Required:

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Deadline-Oriented.
  • Good accounting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Competency in Microsoft office applications especially excel, word is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English Communication.
