- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Process and obtain approvals and ensure timely payments.
- Should be able to manage the basic accounts.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Support in HR admin related task.
- Handle office and employee governmental activities such as renewal of trade license, staff visas, employment permits etc.
- Scanning, Photocopying, binding and filing all company documents.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide general admin support.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good accounting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Competency in Microsoft office applications especially excel, word is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English Communication.
