Executive – Ecomm Ops (Last Mile)

Common Concept

We are looking for an individual with sharp design thinking, Ops execution, Program management skills and orientation toward data driven decision making for optimizing and innovating in the Last Mile supply chain function for Landmark E-commerce function. The role will involve close collaboration with all Landmark brands / concepts, warehouse, line haul, last mile and other teams to ensure that the infrastructure, manpower planning, processes, systems are always in place as we walk through the steep scale up for E-commerce business.

Responsibilities:
Ensure Last Mile design and operations at regional hub level by coordinating with fulfilment team and 3rd Party co- loaders and at each delivery hub

Design and expansion of Own Last Mile deliveries across the Top cities at UAE and KSA

Work on projects related to planning processes and speed enhancement initiatives. Works on creating future capabilities with product, analytics and supply leads (Warehouse/First Mile/ Last Mile) to bring customer service goodness

Optimize Delivery network by working with cross functional Business and Supply Chain stakeholder basis a periodic cadence to ensure seamless demand, warehouse, inventory and last mile delivery planning to deliver best customer service within targeted service levels

Ensure that each aspect of Operations is measured and that core KPIs are met or exceeded.

Responsible for expanding logistics and customer service infrastructure across countries and channels.

Work with Finance & courier partners to manage end to end invoicing

Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure all escalations are closed and process is optimized.

Required Skillset:
1/2+ years of E-commerce/ Omni-Channel operations experience, with a background in retail.

Incredibly knowledgeable on industry best practices in Last mile delivery, click & collect, cross border operations and so on

Extremely agile mindset with a track record of making strategic changes, thinking out of the box to come up with effective solutions

Passionate believer in adopting new technologies and using them optimally

Hands-on experience in setting up SOPs and executing them

Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams and getting things done

Exceptional communicator who can comfortably connect to, collaborate with and influence key stakeholders across the organization

Proficiency in Advanced excel, and data/ statistical modelling.
