Receive information regarding guests from the reception department

Coordinate with reception and room in room check and mini-bar upon check-out

Make daily & monthly Mini-Bar reports and send them to department chief, chief accountant

Control the shelf life of Mini-Bar items

Coordinate with the receptionist, room in providing utensils when guests require more

Receive and report broken or lost belongings and equipment; Submit a repair request to the technical department

Other jobs as assigned by superiors

Know how to use computers, office information, internet, email

Willing to cooperate and support other departments when needed
