Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Prepare accounts receivables and accounts payable.
  • Assist in budgets and forecasts and monthly payroll process.
  • Prepare accounts receivables and accounts payable.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
  • Administrative writing skills

  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization
  • Attend Meeting in order to prepare minutes of meeting .

Account Qualification Skills

  • Closing Petty cash of staff
  • Assist in preparing Financial Reports.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT returns and filing
  • Income Statement (Profit & Loss Statement).
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Computer tools & Skills, Tally ERP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Account Payables. Account Receivables.
  • Perform Any Additional Duties Requested by the Owner.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • University/college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Previous experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,000.00 per month
