REPORTS TO: HGM FPA Manager
FUNCTION: This position will support HGM FPA Manager on day to day analysis activities
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Prepare HGM monthly closing package and involve in annual budget planning (70%)
Conduct ad hoc analysis (30%)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
Main responsibilities and key activities:
FINANCE , ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Handle problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors
Involve in month-end closing and provide variance analysis report on actual performance for HGM
Engage in monthly forecast and annual budget plan, prepare HGM consolidation report based on regional’s submission
Interact with regional finance team and design template to facilitate regions’ package submission
Perform key data analysis, include revenue, margin, cost, expense, working capital, Headcount
Carry out deep-dive analysis on expense items, follow up with regions for forecast modification and promote COA across HGM
Take initiatives in standardizing reports, processes and chart of accounts usage across HGM countries
Consolidate HGM reports from each region and submit to Corporate, answering Corporate questions.
Utilize Business Intelligence tools to analyze sales data in HGM countries providing reports and business insights
Support commercial/finance leader for various management reports and other ad-hoc financial analysis

External contacts for this position include auditors.
Internal contacts include BSSIT, CAS, Sales, Admin, regional Finance Leads and Corporate Finance contact.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
EDUCATION: Finance, Accounting, or Economics education background.
LANGUAGE: Good communication (written and spoken) skills in English
COMPUTER: Good Microsoft Excel skill, Knowledge in Oracle/SAP is a plus
EXPERIENCE: This position requires more than 5 years working experience as accountant and financial analyst.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES :
