As a Store Manager at Trek Bicycle Store – UAE, your day to day tasks will include (however not limited to):

  • Opening and closing of the Store and Service Centre

  • Overseeing daily operations of sales floor and service centre and ensuring all staff complete their daily tasks

  • Ensuring that there is sufficient stock on the sales floor

  • Stock transfers from the warehouse

  • Placing orders when stock items are low

  • Assist sales floor staff and service centre staff with any issues

  • Reporting to management

  • Friendly and Helpful customer service

  • Assisting with returns / warranties

  • Assisting with customer complaints

  • Meeting prescribed targets

  • Product knowledge of all brands

  • Compiling weekly and monthly progress reports

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the cycling industry or in a similar role, with the following skills:

  • Proven Leadership skills but works well in a team setting

  • Good track record of customer service

  • Strong communication skills

  • Forward Thinking

  • Goal orientated

  • Able to take direction

  • Able to create and implement systems

  • Basic merchandising knowledge

  • An understanding of, and passion for, bikes and associated products/accessories

  • Patience and the ability to function under pressure

  • Builds strong relationships with peers, customers and suppliers

  • Basic bike fitting skills are not mandatory; however, will be beneficial
