The Job Opportunity

Ensures HR systems and processes are aligned with Serco global standards as well as meeting the regional legislative, business and technical needs. The scope of the role includes testing the HR systems, processing changes, assessing and coordinating change requests and providing support to HR systems, data, organisational management related projects

Key accountabilities

Understanding of payroll processes and impact on HR processes

Hands on, robust testing service for process and system changes, documenting results, highlighting risks, and providing status updates to project teams.

Business processes and SAP capability, payroll, Open Text, Business Warehouse experience

What we are looking for in our candidates

3 years in a mutinational corporate HR environment with exposure to SAP HCM systems and governance to include policy/procedure development

Generalist HR knowledge

Experience with business processes and SAP capability, Payroll, Open Text, Business Warehouse, CRM Success Factors and Ticket Management Tools
